When will my items arrive?

Items that are handmade to order have a turnaround time of approximately 4-6 weeks and items that are stated 'ready made' are dispatched within 7 days, this does not include delivery times. This may change during busier times, any changes are always updated on our homepage and all of our social media sites. If you have not received confirmation of dispatch after the stated turnaround time, please contact us via the contact page. If you would like your items for a specific date (birthdays, holidays etc), please ask prior to placing an order, we will always try our best to accommodate. All messages will be answered as soon as possible. 

What size should I order?

Please see our size guide for sizing details. Our items are true to size. However, we suggest sizing up when placing an order with us in the smaller sizes, this is purely due to turnaround times, as we all know how quickly those little legs grow. Leggings and rompers generally still look great in a size up too! Sizes 6-7 and up have a seam to the crotch. Please note due to the nature of stretchy fabrics, there may be a 5% shrinkage after the first wash.

I can't find the item I'm looking for in the print I want, can I place a custom order?

We don't take custom orders right now, sorry.

Can I combine postage costs on multiple orders?

Unfortunately, this is not something that we offer. Orders placed close to each other will still need separate postage payments to be made.

Can I alter the size/cuff colour or something else on my order?

If you have made a mistake on your order and would like to change the size/cuff options or address, please get in touch with us within 2 hours after your order is placed. Due to our production schedule, we do not accept any alterations needed after 2 hours from ordering. Please take extra care when selecting sizes and cuff colours etc before checking out. It is the buyers responsibility to provide a full and correct delivery address. Please be sure to double check this when ordering. Any missing parcels due to incorrect/incomplete details will not be replaced. If items are to be resent due to address errors, a second postage charge will incur.

Can I add a personalised note in with my order?

Yes. Wear it baby items are hand wrapped in tissue paper and so make a lovely gift. We can send directly to your recipient, simply alter the delivery address when checking out. If you would like to add a personal message inside your parcel, free of charge, simply add a note to your order at checkout.

The item I want is out of stock, what can i do?

We understand that it can be frustrating when the item you're after is  out of stock. Please be sure to add your email address to our mailing list here for any restock notifications.
