Terms & Conditions
Once and order is placed with us, you are in agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Upon order you will receive an acknowledgment email with confirmation that your order has been received. All orders are subject to receipt of full payment. Payment is accepted via PayPal.
Postage, Packaging and Delivery
All orders are hand packaged securely and sent via Royal Mail. International deliveries will not be tracked. Delivery charges are banded by total price of order and destination.
All items are handmade to order and so take up to 5 weeks until dispatch. If you have not received your dispatch email after 5 weeks please contact us via the contact page. (Please note that turnaround times are sometimes subject to change, any updates are posted our Facebook/Instagram pages).
Returns and Refunds
Returns are not accepted except in the event of an item being faulty. If you think your item is damaged/faulty and would like to return it then please get in touch via the contact page, all messages will be answered as soon as possible. A refund (postage & packaging costs not included) will only be issued to items that are returned within 14 days and must be unwashed and unworn, with tags still intact. Please be sure to try on your items when they arrive and get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Any refunds requested later than 14 days will not be accepted.
